Where we ship
We ship to the United States and Canada.
Processing time
Orders ship within 2–5 business days.
Delivery estimates
United States: 7–14 business days. Canada: 10–20 business days. Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Canadian orders may owe duties or taxes on delivery.
Returns on physical toys
Unused toys in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email support@littlebabytoys.com with your order number to start a return. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the item. The buyer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Email a photo to support@littlebabytoys.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, with return shipping on us.
Digital guides (PDFs)
Digital guides are non-refundable because they're instant downloads. If a file is broken or won't download, email us and we'll fix it.
